Forum: GratefulDead Subject: Breaks between tracks

Hi, I'm just now learning the ropes of digital downloading and recently burned a copy of Cornell U., 5-8-77, recorded by John Stevenson. I think the sound is phenomenal, the only problem is that the breaks between tracks, while being only a fraction of a second when streaming translate into more like a second on cd. Is there a way to burn the download so that it's seamless? Any imput would be grately appreciated. Cheers, Morgan.

-burn the flac/wav files to CD
-burn DAO, not TAO
-confirm that the settings on whatever software you are using burns gapless

The FREE "CD Burner XP Pro" will burn gapless tracks. You check off the box before hitting the burn button.

Nero EXPRESS also has a "no pause between tracks" option...
